1. All plans for improvements or additions, and new construction shall be submitted to the Community Association Manager (CAM) for Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval. Completed applications can be emailed to
[email protected] or dropped off/mailed to 767 Blanding Blvd., Suite 112, Orange Park, FL 32065. Incomplete applications will be returned.
2. Approval: In accordance the the governing documents, the Association has the right to approve or refuse approval of any plans, which in its opinion, are not suitable, desirable, or compliant with the Association's covenants and/or related guidelines.
The form below should cover most instances that require approval. Please submit a drawing (a copy of your survey works best) showing the location of the improvement on your property, as well as the location of your house, street, driveway, other existing improvements, and any easements (if applicable).
